Our Business Packages

Real Estate Plus USA offers 3 different compensation packages:

1. Business Premier

Key to successThis package is for the most experience real estate professionals that requires at least 2 consecutive years of experience and/or have successfully closed at least 25 transactions in one year, and includes:

  • Office monthly fee: $25
  • 100% commission
  • Transaction Fee of $200 per transaction.
  • E/O insurance of $55 per transaction
  • Training
  • Broker personal consultation (unlimited)
  • Business Plan Developing
  • Use of office and facilities (computers, phone, fax and photocopy)

2. Business Pro

This package is for the less experience real estate professionals that have less than two years of experience or are new licensees, and includes:

  • Office monthly fee: $25M
  • 75% split commission for the first 5 transactions, 80% for the next 5 transactions, 85% for the next 5 transactions, 90% for the next 5 transactions, 95% for the next five transactions until reaching 25 transactions total to get to 100% commission. (When reach to 100% commission the business package will be change to Business Premier)
  • Transaction Fee of $150 per transaction.
  • E/O insurance of $55 per transaction
  • Training on the following areas: Mortgage lending, title, contract law, basic real estate economics.
  • Mentoring
  • Business Plan Developing
  • Use of office and facilities (computers, phone, fax and photocopy)

3. Business Concierge

concierge 2This package is for any real estate agent with at least 2 years of experience, with at least 25 transactions successfully closed in at least one year. This package is design to maximize real estate professionals’ productivity, and includes:

  • Office monthly fee: $25
  • 80% flat split commission
  • File management. This service includes handling paperwork, inspections scheduling, progress and update reports and communication to all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Transaction Fee of $150 per transaction.
  • E/O insurance of $55 per transaction
  • Training
  • Business Plan Developing
  • Use of office and facilities (computers, phone, fax and photocopy)
